Finance Trainee

hirify.global is a global media and entertainment company producing and distributing film, television, and streaming content through brands including Universal Pictures and DreamWorks Animation.

What you will do

• Coordinate with local Marketing and Sales departments to track P&A budgets and actual expenses.
• Support reporting to headquarters by running reports and analyzing financial data in SAP.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing processes.
• Review expense reports in CONCUR and supervise invoice accounting.
• Follow up on outsourced accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including daily KPI reporting and analysis.
• Support internal, external, statutory, tax, and title audits, as well as customer and vendor balance reconciliations.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics; diploma or certificate required.
• Studies must have been completed within the last three years.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze and present financial data.
• Adaptability, self-motivation, teamwork, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
