Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java)

Location: Onsite in San Jose, California, United States

Salary: $160,000–$195,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Design and build backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Build, integrate, and maintain web interfaces connected to backend systems.
• Design and develop large-scale applications backed by relational and NoSQL databases.
• Design and implement microservices and contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews.
• Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software product development experience with customer-facing systems at scale.
• Strong experience with Java, REST APIs, and relational and NoSQL databases.
• Practical experience designing and implementing microservices.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-based deployments.
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native environments.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
