Value Add Associate

Location: Distribution Center; the company is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay: $17.50/hour

What you will do

• Follow technical instructions and assemble component kits and other products.
• Assess the quality of parts and materials used in production.
• Inspect finished products for conformance and defects.
• Inventory and maintain parts, tools, and assembly equipment.
• Follow company procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements

• Production, assembly, distribution, or related experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience using hand tools is required; crimpers are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, task follow-through, and communication skills.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in areas where noise may be loud.
