What you will do
- Lead the daily activities and development of the IT Security and Governance team.
- Provide subject-matter expertise and security guidance to IT teams and business users.
- Develop local IT security operating guidelines aligned with corporate policies and standards.
- Define and maintain controls, documentation, and revalidation processes for system access rights and software licenses.
- Coordinate security reviews, project reporting, incident resolution, and audit-finding remediation.
- Work with regional and corporate security teams and support ITGC, ISO 27001, and internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 3 years in IT Security and/or team leadership.
- Experience with IT security and governance processes, security architecture reviews, incident and problem management, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and controls including NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR, and CIS Controls.
- Knowledge of Windows, Unix, computer networking, firewalls, antivirus, encryption, web filtering, sniffers, penetration testing, and related security tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the financial sector, preferably with life insurance business processes.
- Certifications such as CEH, CHFI, ECIH, CISM, CISSP, ITIL, or Six Sigma.
