Focus on performing risk assessments, supporting regulatory and external audits, and maintaining compliance frameworks across IT, Compliance, Risk, and regulatory stakeholders.
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Ensure IT systems comply with applicable financial services and capital market regulations.
- Perform IT risk assessments and monitor IT General Controls.
- Support internal, external, and regulatory audits, including documentation and remediation tracking.
- Maintain and enhance IT policies, procedures, and the compliance framework.
- Coordinate between IT, Compliance, Risk, and regulators.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Governance, IT Risk, or IT Audit.
- Experience in a securities company, brokerage, capital markets, or investment platform is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of ITGC, risk management, access control, change management, and incident management.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar frameworks.
- Experience engaging with regulators and supporting audits.
