Senior Manager - Private Banking

What you will do

• Direct New to Bank client acquisition and manage service synergies to achieve targets.
• Manage day-to-day banking relationships and resolve client issues promptly.
• Develop tailored wealth management and product solutions for high-net-worth clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with internal specialists.
• Manage transaction quality, regulatory compliance, and credit, legal, and reputational risks.
• Follow banking policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a commercial or universal bank in a client-facing relationship management role.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and executing client transactions across business areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Associate Wealth Manager Programmes (AWM).
• Client service, acquisition, networking, communication, and fact-based analysis skills.
• Written and spoken English; UAE Nationals only.
