Lead Analyst, Investigations & Litigation (Legal Operations & Data Analytics)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain digital solutions for the Global Investigations & Government Litigation team.
• Architect Microsoft 365 applications and workflows using SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Integrate data from multiple systems, including API-based integrations where appropriate.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business insights and decision-making.
• Support internal investigations through open-source research, data analytics, forensic review, and information gathering.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit, Information Security, and Technology stakeholders while maintaining alignment with governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Audit, Law & Computing, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, visualization, and eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity or similar tools.
• Strong communication, independent problem-solving, collaboration, stakeholder management, and understanding of information security, data privacy, and governance requirements.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate certification.
• Experience supporting legal, compliance, investigations, audit, risk, or regulatory functions.
• Experience with application integrations, APIs, workflow automation, data governance, records management, or digital transformation.
