What you will do

• Develop and maintain cross-asset market microstructure analytics that support client execution decisions.
• Build pre-trade, real-time monitoring, and post-trade analytics infrastructure for internal and external users.
• Contribute to product development and parameter optimization for existing and new algorithms across front-end and back-end systems.
• Analyze execution strategies and present results to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Work with Sales and Trading to prepare tailored pitches and provide execution analysis and market color to clients across Asia.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to distribute algorithmic products and analytics.

Requirements

• Location: based in Hong Kong or Singapore
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in a STEM discipline.
• Strong mathematical and computational background.
• Fluency in Python and experience with database languages such as KDB or SQL.
• Understanding of complex technology architecture and interest in developing scalable technical solutions.
• Project management, communication, and interpersonal skills for coordinating Quant and Tech development and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FX, Rates, or Futures markets and market structure.
• Knowledge of Java.
