Graphic Design Specialist (Data Visualization)

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, including base salary and bonus

What you will do

• Design infographics and data visualization assets that translate statistics, messaging, and complex information into clear visual stories.
• Create polished, branded Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for leaderhirify.globalp, sales, marketing, and external audiences.
• Develop and maintain presentation templates, infographic toolkits, visual frameworks, and reusable asset libraries.
• Produce on-brand digital and print materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, email banners, and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, copywriting, and project management teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house or agency environment.
• Advanced ability to create data-driven infographics, executive-level presentations, and accurate data visualizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Intermediate experience building slide templates, infographic toolkits, design systems, and reusable assets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong portfolio, communication, collaboration, time management, and revision-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with interactive content platforms or Canva.
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
• Experience designing reporting, analytics, or financial communications materials.
