Graphic Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Produce a high volume of branded design assets across digital and print channels.
• Create brochures, one-pagers, event booths and materials, website assets, social graphics, digital advertising campaigns, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Translate marketing briefs and creative direction into accurate, polished final files.
• Adapt and extend templates for new formats while identifying opportunities to improve production efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities to meet tight deadlines.
• Review deliverables for inconsistencies, errors, and brand issues before handoff.

Requirements

• Digital portfolio and strong examples of high-craft production work across digital and print formats.
• 3-6 years of professional production design experience in-house, at an agency, or in a fast-paced B2B or B2C environment.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and related design tools.
• Strong foundations in typography, layout, color, and print and digital production specifications.
• Experience working within established brand systems and following brand guidelines precisely.
• Strong attention to detail, self-QC skills, communication, and the ability to manage concurrent projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics or video formats.
