Salary: $100,000–$145,000 per year

What you will do

• Create digital and print assets for marketing, websites, email, social media, presentations, events, and sales materials.
• Develop branded communications for internal teams, members, prospective clients, and existing clients.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Act as a brand expert and maintain visual standards across brand touchpoints.
• Develop templates, guidelines, and design systems for scalable, on-brand execution, and review externally produced assets.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in a high-volume design environment.
• BFA in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience extending established brands into clear, impactful, and engaging campaigns.
• Strong typography, layout, visual storytelling, branding, color, imagery, and user experience skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate effectively.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Claude, and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pardot or Iterable.
• Motion design or video editing experience.
• Experience in healthcare, technology, or B2B environments.
