What you will do

• Own and evolve the brand identity and set creative standards across digital, print, and video.
• Build scalable brand templates and systems as the creative team grows.
• Translate brand strategy into concepts and guide execution from initial sketches through final production.
• Art-direct brochures, event materials, websites, social content, digital campaigns, presentations, and video.
• Review and elevate work from designers, agencies, and freelancers while mentoring designers on craft and creative problem-solving.
• Present creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual range and hands-on production across digital and print.
• 8–12+ years of experience in-house, at an agency, or in a fast-paced B2B/B2C environment.
• Experience directing or mentoring other designers and turning brand strategy into executable concepts.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, photography, and production.
• Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with motion graphics and video.
