Regional Application Engineer (Analog & Power Management ICs)

What you will do

• Drive the Business Group ICS design pipeline across Taiwan with account managers, business development teams, distributors, and sales representatives.
• Provide technical support, application guidance, training, and design-in expertise for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships with design engineers and key customer contacts while supporting design wins and customer engagement.
• Develop application schematics, demo boards, reference designs, simulations, evaluation platforms, and technical documentation.
• Support industry events, seminars, speaking opportunities, and technical content initiatives that increase market awareness.
• Analyze customer and market feedback to identify design trends, business opportunities, and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Design Engineering, Application Engineering, or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of electronic product design processes, including component selection, qualification, and design-in activities.
• Strong technical knowledge of analog ICs, power management ICs, and their integration into customer applications.
• Experience supporting automotive, industrial, server, or commercial applications; hands-on experience with Power Management ICs or Signal Chain products is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with willingness to travel as required.
