Staff Engineer – Infrastructure Engineering & DevOps

What you will do

• Design and evolve hybrid infrastructure combining cloud and bare-metal systems.
• Build internal automation, platform APIs, infrastructure-as-code practices, and shared developer tooling.
• Support multi-tenant workloads with observability, auditability, access controls, and security compliance.
• Partner with Development, DevOps, and QA teams to resolve infrastructure and deployment blockers during release cycles.
• Design and operate build, test, staging, artifact delivery, and release pipelines, including for GPU-based bare-metal systems.
• Provide technical guidance, participate in architecture reviews and root-cause analyses, and support platform engineers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go.
• Hands-on experience with hybrid infrastructure across cloud and bare metal.
• Deep knowledge of Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours support is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU-accelerated computing or HPC-style infrastructure.
• Familiarity with platform engineering and developer experience optimization.
• Experience with high-velocity release cycles and incident response.
