Senior Manager of Supply Acquisition (Mexico)

Location: 100% remote, but candidates must reside in Mexico City, Mexico. Applications from other cities in Mexico will not be considered. Candidates must be authorized to work in Mexico; no visa sponsorship is provided.

What you will do

• Lead and execute supply acquisition initiatives for hirify.global’s Interview Engineer marketplace.
• Use AI and data analysis to optimize the acquisition funnel from screening through conversion.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities within existing hiring geographies and develop scalable approaches.
• Manage and coach a Program Manager and a Coordinator.
• Partner with Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects that improve acquisition processes and marketplace supply health.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketplace operations, supply acquisition, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or a related field in a high-growth environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing small, high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success scaling talent, contractor, or supply networks through acquisition, growth, or marketplace strategies.
• Experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, or funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Native-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
