HR Workday Technical Expert – Talent & Performance (Workday)

What you will do

• Support the Talent team and advise the product owner and stakeholders on requirements, Workday solutions, and process improvements.
• Design, configure, test, validate, and deploy Workday changes for talent, development, and performance processes.
• Manage functional setup, business rules, security considerations, release validation, and impact analysis across integrations, reporting, and downstream systems.
• Evaluate new Workday releases and AI-related solutions for opportunities to improve talent processes.
• Analyze and resolve complex tier 3 support issues while collaborating with global HR Technology stakeholders and local key users.
• Support the Talent strategy and roadmap for performance, succession, skills, and talent review processes.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Talent & Performance domain.
• Hands-on Workday experience or experience with a comparable HR platform.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a complex internal HR environment.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
