Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Operate and maintain the existing large-scale infrastructure stack.
• Evolve and help design the next generation of platform infrastructure.
• Define and enforce reliability standards, runbooks, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with Development and Operations teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks before incidents occur.
• Automate recurring operational work and champion infrastructure scripting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, Platform, or DevOps Engineering.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience, including storage such as Rook-Ceph or an equivalent technology.
• Solid Linux fundamentals.
• Proactive approach to identifying reliability gaps before they become incidents.
• Clear communication skills for explaining infrastructure decisions to engineers with different technical backgrounds.
• English is the primary collaboration language; the CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Grafana LGTM stack, including Mimir, Loki, Tempo, or Alloy.
• Experience managing Proxmox or similar virtualization environments.
• Familiarity with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
• Experience with Nginx ingress, Istio, or similar ingress and reverse-proxy setups.
