Endpoint Engineer (Microsoft Intune)

What you will do

• Manage macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android endpoints using Microsoft Intune and platform-native technologies.
• Design and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, enrollment methods, and Conditional Access integrations.
• Operate Microsoft Defender for Endpoint across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, monitoring protection coverage and remediation needs.
• Package, test, deploy, update, and retire applications for Windows and macOS through Microsoft Intune.
• Investigate recurring endpoint issues, implement permanent corrective actions, and improve automation and service reliability.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Security Operations, Workplace Technology, Service Desk teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in endpoint engineering, endpoint administration, or modern workplace management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint compliance policies, configuration profiles, and enrollment methods.
• Enterprise experience managing macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices with MDM solutions.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and packaging applications for Windows and macOS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, endpoint troubleshooting, documentation, and operational processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Mac shell scripts, or Python.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, Windows Autopilot, Jamf Pro, or Microsoft Graph.
• Familiarity with security operations and endpoint incident response.
• Microsoft MD-102 or other security, endpoint management, or modern workplace certifications.
