What you will do
- Manage and maintain the enterprise mobile device management environment using Microsoft Intune.
- Administer mobile devices and Windows endpoints across an environment of approximately 40,000 managed devices.
- Manage device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies, security settings, provisioning, and deployment with Microsoft Autopilot.
- Provide L3 technical support and resolve complex endpoint, mobile device, and Intune-related issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, endpoint, and other IT teams to maintain stable operations.
- Maintain technical documentation and improve endpoint management processes and solutions.
Requirements
- Professional experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and/or MDM.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise mobile devices and Windows endpoints, including Windows 10/11.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot and endpoint configuration, compliance, and security policies.
- Experience providing L3 technical support in an enterprise environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a large-scale, process-driven corporate environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and device compliance.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, PowerShell, Conditional Access, and Microsoft security solutions.
- Experience with ITIL-based service management or highly regulated enterprise environments.
- Previous experience supporting environments with thousands of managed devices.
