Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Permanent work from home, Monday–Friday aligned with UK business hours.

What you will do

• Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts.
• Plan, create, schedule, publish, and repurpose content across social platforms.
• Write captions, scripts, and marketing copy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
• Create graphics, promotional materials, and ads using Canva.
• Edit short-form videos with CapCut Pro or similar tools for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Support email marketing, Meta/Facebook Ads, CRM updates, lead generation, engagement monitoring, and performance improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience in social media, content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
• Strong proficiency in Canva and CapCut Pro or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, organization, time management, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision; professional, dependable, proactive, creative, and commercially minded.

Nice to have

• Klaviyo or other email marketing experience.
• Meta/Facebook Ads, CRM, lead-generation, marketing analytics, and reporting experience.
• Pinterest marketing experience.
• AI-powered marketing and content creation experience.
