PSA Grader, NJ (Trading Cards)

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, United States; onsite in the office 5 days per week

Hourly range: $25–$30 per hour

hirify.global provides authentication, grading, vaulting, and sales services for trading cards and other collectibles through brands including PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

What you will do

• Authenticate and evaluate sports, non-sports, and TCG trading cards according to PSA standards.
• Apply PSA processing procedures and grading protocols while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Meet individual daily grading production goals and maintain the quality of graded products.
• Research industry developments, counterfeit products, and card alteration methods.
• Share expertise with the grading team and participate in monthly meetings and retraining sessions.

Requirements

• Firsthand knowledge of trading cards, tickets, and other sports, non-sports, and TCG collectibles.
• Expert understanding of card grading systems, PSA standards, counterfeits, and card doctoring methods.
• Strong research, problem-solving, organization, and sustained attention skills.
• Ability to work in a positive, fast-paced team environment.
• 1–3 years of direct grading experience as a professional, dealer, or collector.
• Must be able to work onsite in Jersey City 5 days per week and legally work in the United States; employment eligibility is validated through E-Verify.
