AI Product Manager

What you will do

• Lead early product development through iterative collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Create reusable user experience frameworks across products to support company growth.
• Understand customer needs across e-commerce and vacation rental management businesses.
• Turn customer insights into product requirements and drive solutions from conception to market with Engineering, UX, Legal, Privacy, and product partners.
• Use analytics to improve payment solution performance, including conversion rates, latency, declines, contact rates, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Help build a team of product builders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience defining product vision and creating and executing product roadmaps from conception to launch.
• Experience defining go-to-market strategy and leading design discussions.
• Experience working with product development and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience managing day-to-day product direction.
• Knowledge of Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Customer Support, or Marketing.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, data-driven decision-making, and systems-thinking skills.
