Software Engineer - Kotlin/Android (Store Fulfilment)

Location: Hybrid in or near Kraków, Poland; 60% of the week is spent at office locations or local sites, with the remainder remote.

Salary: 20,000–25,000 PLN gross per month, plus up to a 20% annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications and services for the Group Distribution Platform.
• Review and contribute production code while proposing and reviewing architecture designs.
• Build reliable, secure, performant, and scalable mobile-first solutions.
• Define features and elaborate requirements with cross-functional and cross-team colleagues.
• Lead implementation and delivery of valuable features with minimal guidance.
• Support software throughout its lifecycle using continuous integration, delivery, and production support practices.

Requirements

• Around 3–5 years of experience developing mobile applications for Android.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and practical knowledge of application architectures.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Hilt/Dagger/Koin, Coroutines/Flow, and Retrofit/OkHttp/Ktor.
• Strong code-quality and testing practices, including TDD, unit, instrumentation, and UI testing.
• Experience with testing tools such as JUnit, Espresso, MockK, Robolectric, or WireMock.
• Practical CI/CD and build automation experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar tools.
