Junior IT Governance (Fintech)

Indodana Fintech is an OJK-licensed financial technology company operating a peer-to-peer lending credit marketplace and using big data and artificial intelligence to support financial inclusion in Indonesia.

What you will do

• Research regulatory updates, industry best practices, and IT GRC benchmarks to support internal policy and procedure proposals.
• Draft, update, and support the implementation of IT GRC policies, SOPs, regulatory compliance checklists, and internal controls.
• Gather operational input from HR, Legal, and business units and map proposed controls to cross-department workflows.
• Identify IT-related risks, conduct risk control self-assessments, and help develop risk mitigation proposals.
• Collect and verify audit evidence for internal reviews and external regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure, Information Security, and Data Platform teams on system changes, governance implementation, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI-DSS, and NIST 2.
• Knowledge of POJK, PBI LPBBTI, UU PDP, and GDPR regulations.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL.
• Strong logical analysis, problem-solving, communication, organizational, leadership, execution, process, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in IT GRC, compliance, information security, risk management, or IT auditing in financial services is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Understanding of legal principles and personal data protection laws.
• Data Protection Officer certification.
