Software Engineer

What you will do

• Resolve customer issues of medium complexity using industry and cross-product knowledge.
• Apply hirify.global processes and tools to deliver timely resolutions within SLA and OLA standards.
• Execute planned maintenance and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders while managing commitments.
• Train colleagues on domain-specific knowledge and tools and contribute to knowledge distribution.
• Identify process improvements, address documentation gaps, and support business development activities.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification in software or systems engineering, or IT operations.
• Ability to learn support offerings, customer contracts, and R&D-supported product versions.
• Adaptability and ability to manage change within the role's scope.
• Proactive communication with customers and stakeholders, with consistent follow-through.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes and proposing feasible solutions.
• Knowledge of support policies, scope, and customer offerings.

• Hands-on manufacturing industry experience.
