Location: New York, United States

Annual base salary: $150,000–$200,000, plus variable year-end compensation.

hirify.global is hiring for its Human Capital Analytics team, which uses employee data to answer strategic and operational talent questions for leaders across the business.

What you will do

• Use inferential statistics and social science research methods to conduct internal studies for business leaders.
• Analyze people data and produce reports that connect insights into clear narratives.
• Develop visualizations for executive audiences.
• Support people analytics projects covering recruiting, talent assessment, development, management, and retention.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and drive projects through completion while handling confidential information discreetly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least three years of relevant experience analyzing data in a business setting.
• Proficiency managing and analyzing data in Python.
• Demonstrated foundation in statistics.
• Willingness to work through details, collaborate effectively, and complete projects.
• Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.
• Interest in generative AI and willingness to use it to improve and reimagine tools, workflows, and deliverables.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Intermediate SQL skills.
• Experience with social science research methods.
• People analytics experience.
