Automation Engineer (Mobile SDK)

Location: Hybrid in Lviv or Dnipro, Ukraine

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated test suites for Android and iOS SDKs using JavaScript, Rust, and Bash/Shell.
• Develop mobile UI automation with Maestro across Android and iOS SDK projects.
• Integrate nightly smoke, regression, and Adapter Certification tests into GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows.
• Own test execution and monitoring in BrowserStack App Automate, debugging device- and environment-specific failures.
• Publish results through Allure Reports and surface findings through JIRA and Slack.
• Parallelise suites across GitHub Actions runners, manage Firebase App Distribution builds, and use AI tools such as Claude to improve test development, coverage, and resilience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of automation engineering experience, or 2+ years as an SDET or developer.
• Strong JavaScript skills applied to test automation.
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting and GitHub Actions for CI/CD integration.
• Experience with BrowserStack or a comparable real-device cloud platform.
• Proficiency with Maestro, Allure Reports, and JIRA.

Nice to have

• TypeScript, Rust, TestRail, or Charles Proxy experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted test generation or self-healing test frameworks.
• Adtech or programmatic advertising domain knowledge.
