Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Full Spectrum Primary Care - Remote - Talent Community (Women's Health)

Location: Remote within the United States; work authorization in the United States is required. Future opportunities may depend on state licensure and may include evening or weekend coverage. Attendance at company and team off-sites may be required.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive virtual care across women's health, primary care, urgent care, dermatology, and wellness.
• Conduct virtual gynecology and sexual health visits, including contraception counseling, STI screening, UTI and vaginal infection consultations, pelvic pain, and vaginal bleeding care.
• Manage common virtual primary care needs such as hypertension, diabetes, anxiety, depression, respiratory symptoms, abdominal pain, and basic dermatologic concerns.
• Remotely triage, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients using virtual care and chat-based tools.
• Help improve clinical workflows, documentation tools, technology-enabled care delivery, and the broader care model.
• Collaborate with providers, registered nurses, clinical leaders, product teams, and care delivery colleagues.

Requirements

• FNP, WHNP, or PA credenhirify.globalls with national board certification.
• Active, unrestricted licensure in one or more states where hirify.global provides care.
• At least 3 years of post-graduate APP experience in primary care and women's health, including routine gynecology, contraception, STIs, and mental health.
• Comfort translating in-person clinical judgment into high-quality virtual care.
• High comfort with technology, EHRs, telemedicine platforms, AI-supported documentation, and data-informed care.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Multi-state licensure, especially in Arizona, California, or New York.
• Experience with trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ inclusive, gender-affirming, or integrative medicine care.
• Experience managing depression and anxiety in outpatient primary care.
• Experience serving diverse communities or delivering care through telemedicine and chat-based tools.
