Gaming Publishing Manager

hirify.global is a mobile games and apps company with a global portfolio of hybrid-casual, casual, and midcore products.

What you will do

• Build a local network of studios and represent hirify.global in the Southeast Asian market.
• Partner with leading local game studios.
• Manage games throughout their lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to scaling.
• Work with approximately 15 studios on ideation, prototypes, and prototype iterations.
• Own multiple game launches, product roadmaps, and game P&L each quarter.
• Contribute to product management and games publishing.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a startup.
• Ability to work autonomously and build a business from scratch.
• Passion for consumer products and/or gaming, with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
• Openness to feedback and ambition to grow with the business.
