What you will do
- Lead the architecture, technical design, development, and maintenance of Python-based infrastructure and applications.
- Build and maintain large-scale automation and infrastructure platforms supporting multiple engineering teams.
- Improve system performance, scalability, and developer productivity.
- Collaborate with software engineers, system architects, and project stakeholders to define and deliver new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and documented code while troubleshooting and debugging issues.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to a structured, collaborative engineering culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Python developer.
- Experience with software architecture and system design.
- Strong understanding of Python and its core principles.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor others.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, learn quickly, and solve complex challenges creatively.
