Senior Backend Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain core product features in a high-performance, scalable environment.
• Use AI-native tools and practices to improve development velocity, quality, and user experience.
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to define, design, and ship secure features.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Strong coding skills in modern languages and frameworks, with a solid understanding of software development principles.
• Comfort working in an AI-native environment, including using AI for development, building AI-powered features, or experimenting with new tools.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from design through deployment.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
