What you will do

• Align Operations Strategic and Outsourced Manufacturing projects with Backend Operations strategy and Best in Class priorities.
• Integrate Business Excellence initiatives into long-term operational continuity and sustenance plans.
• Lead environmental scans, feasibility studies, operational risk assessments, and strategic evaluations.
• Identify business gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities across manufacturing and operations processes.
• Prepare executive-level reports, updates, recommendations, and business impact analyses.
• Coordinate management and operational teams, project governance, tracking, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Contract Manufacturing, Manufacturing, or Operations environments.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in strategic operations planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and influencing across organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
• Understanding of AI-driven operational improvement opportunities and familiarity with operational transformation and business process optimization.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
