Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI)

Location: Espoo, Finland; Germany; London, United Kingdom; or Spain. Fully remote.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable MLOps infrastructure for machine learning and generative AI applications.
• Develop automated training, validation, testing, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement experiment tracking, model versioning, registries, artifact management, and workflow orchestration.
• Build feature engineering and data processing pipelines and monitor model performance, data quality, drift, latency, and system health.
• Manage model retraining, rollback, reproducibility, governance, and auditability throughout the production lifecycle.
• Containerize and deploy ML workloads, maintain Infrastructure as Code, and collaborate with Data Scientists and software engineers to scale AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with MLflow and modern ML platforms such as Snowflake, dbt, Snowpark ML, Vertex AI, or Amazon SageMaker.
• Understanding of the complete machine learning lifecycle, including experimentation, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and governance.
• Experience with Git, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Role locations are limited to Espoo, Germany, London, or Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying LLM or generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with feature stores, artifact repositories, and modern MLOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
