Product Manager - OEM (Construction Technology)

Location: In-office in Dayton, Ohio or Westminster, Colorado, United States. Travel up to 30% locally and globally.

Salary: $99,600–$137,000 per year, plus potential bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Drive long-term OEM strategic roadmaps and development backlogs for construction earthworks solutions.
• Advocate for product features within hirify.global engineering organizations.
• Partner with systems engineering and project management to develop hardware and kitting solutions for new machinery.
• Lead technical reviews of product documentation, installation manuals, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Coordinate product training, program reviews, and industry demonstrations with Global Services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction earthworks, surveying, or an earthmoving OEM environment.
• Experience with advanced machine guidance technology.
• Strong ability to build long-term strategic roadmaps for perpetual and subscription-based software portfolios.
• Experience collaborating across product development, application engineering, and corporate operations.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in the Dayton or Westminster office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of mobile application development models, go-to-market strategies, and eCommerce platforms.
• Experience acting as an organizational change agent.
• Comfort working in corporate offices and active outdoor heavy-construction jobsites.
