Software Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site at the New York City office; applicants must be U.S. citizens

Salary: $145,000–$220,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure for complex AI workflows and network topologies.
• Design, optimize, and support Kubernetes environments and related DNS, load-balancing, and networking services.
• Develop infrastructure as code and provisioning systems using tools such as Terraform and Helm.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Circle, Argo, and related tools.
• Implement observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Thanos.
• Support cloud networking across VPCs, API gateways, and multi- or hybrid-cloud environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience with Java, Go, Python, or another programming language.
• 5+ years of experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform and Helm.
• 5+ years of experience designing, maintaining, optimizing, and supporting Kubernetes.
• 3+ years of experience with public cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure, provisioning, runtime, orchestration, application layers, CI/CD, troubleshooting, and observability.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML tools and products.
• AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications.
