Senior Fullstack Developer (Fintech)

Location: New York, United States; workplace: hybrid

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of a structured products trading platform for a strategic asset management client.
• Manage engineering deliverables, technical implementation planning, documentation, and production delivery.
• Work hands-on as an engineer and architect across project initiatives.
• Lead and support cross-functional engineering teams while collaborating with other technical practices.
• Partner directly with client stakeholders as a technical advisor and strategic delivery partner.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Python or C# development.
• Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend state management.
• Extensive experience architecting solutions on AWS, including Terraform and Docker.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data persistence strategies at scale.
• Experience working effectively in large, complex organizations such as tier-one investment banks or global asset managers.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with expert-level knowledge of global financial markets and financial products.
