What you will do

• Promote MPS products and solutions to memory, storage, Type-C PD, and reference design customers.
• Develop account plans and product strategies based on customer needs, collaborating with sales and FAE teams on demand creation and revenue goals.
• Develop business opportunities and coordinate new reference design integrations within key accounts.
• Build customer relationships and manage distribution resources supporting business development.
• Track market trends, prepare market survey reports, and propose new product ideas based on customer needs.
• Coordinate technical support, customer problem resolution, product delivery expectations, and sales or demand forecasts.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of sales or marketing experience; power IC or SoC industry experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience with product promotion, design-in activities, customer relationship building, and market research.
• Experience in sales and marketing for memory, storage, or Type-C PD markets is preferred.
• Basic understanding of power IC operation, application circuits, electronics, and power devices; knowledge of DC/DC and AC/DC converters is beneficial.
• Good local-language skills and confident English writing, presentation, and communication skills; willingness to travel domestically.
