What you will do

• Generate and automate KPI reporting while ensuring data integrity and usability.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, variation, and process deviations.
• Apply Statistical Process Control and Quality Control methods to improve process stability.
• Execute Lean initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen events, and Six Sigma projects.
• Document operational issues, risks, and improvement opportunities and support prioritization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Software, and Product teams to implement and scale improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering, operations, or continuous improvement, ideally in biotech, diagnostics, or manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with SPC, QC tools, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and data accuracy.

Nice to have

• Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodology certification.
