Location: Kraków, Poland — hybrid work

What you will do
- Design and implement end-to-end backend features and components.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Support to troubleshoot issues and deliver timely fixes.
- Work with Operations to improve system performance.
- Identify technical gaps and drive effective, maintainable solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of backend software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ standards, including C++11, C++14, C++17, or C++20.
- Experience developing on Linux systems.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Good understanding of HTTP, RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Experience writing and maintaining automated tests, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Java.
