.NET Developer (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with 75% remote work and occasional visits to the Warsaw office

Salary: Up to 120 PLN/h net + VAT on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Design and implement IT systems, including Oracle-based solutions.
• Gather and analyze requirements with business end-users and translate broad concepts into actionable tasks.
• Collaborate on new solutions, technical direction, and technical and functional documentation.
• Improve data quality in systems and applications exporting data to the data warehouse.
• Participate in internal software testing and support unit testing and test automation processes.
• Review technical specifications and project documentation from external vendors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of programming experience with C#, .NET, WCF, SQL, SQL Server Integration Services, HTML, and MVC .NET.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, HTML5, and CSS3, with solid web application development experience.
• Knowledge of design patterns, object-oriented programming, unit testing, and test automation.
• Experience designing and developing IT systems for the financial sector or organizations of similar complexity.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organizational, and independent working skills.
• Native Polish and advanced English are required for collaboration and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• UX design principles, Agile, and XP methodologies.
• PL/SQL and Oracle database knowledge.
• CASE tools such as Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect and UML.
• Experience in matrix organizations and knowledge of ITIL.
