Associate Product Manager (Workato/Salesforce)

Location: Remote from Latin America with meaningful overlap with US time zones

Annual compensation: MX$950K–MX$1.2M plus equity

What you will do

• Own ACME product features from discovery through launch, including requirements, edge cases, and cross-functional coordination.
• Write product specifications and PRDs that engineering and design teams can execute independently.
• Manage and prioritize product and integration backlogs while representing the product to operations, sales, and implementation teams.
• Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes integrating ACME with Salesforce through REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, conditional logic, and workflow automation.
• Support real-time data synchronization, enterprise partner onboarding, integration troubleshooting, and support queue management.
• Use analytics and AI tools to evaluate product usage, synthesize research and feedback, and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience in product operations, business analysis, or a technical PM-adjacent role.
• Experience with Salesforce as an administrator, power user, or customer-facing practitioner.
• Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, integration logic, Workato recipes, SQL, and familiarity with Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with an integration platform, preferably Workato or Zapier.
• Strong product writing, discovery, edge-case analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Located in Latin America and able to maintain meaningful overlap with US time zones.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator, Workato Integration Developer, Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, or NPSP certification.
• Experience with online booking, travel technology, payments, or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with agile processes, Jira, sprint-based delivery, customer success, or implementation teams.
