What you will do

• Source, research, and identify investment opportunities in internet startups.
• Support growth investments and late-stage private equity co-investments.
• Build financial models and conduct commercial and financial due diligence.
• Prepare pitch presentations and communicate with external parties.
• Assist with transaction execution and ad hoc operational work.
• Organize and participate in meetings with private equity firms, investment banks, target companies, and hirify.global.

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing business degree from a top university, focused on finance and accounting.
• Previous internships in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or startups.
• Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on mindset.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work independently and take significant responsibility.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
