Internship Investment Management (Fintech)

hirify.global is a European digital investment and banking platform offering brokerage, robo-advisory, lending, interest, and private equity products.

What you will do

• Support strategic projects improving the Scalable Wealth robo-advisor and its digital ETF-based wealth management solution.
• Assist portfolio managers with maintaining existing investment strategies and developing new ones.
• Analyse ETFs and indices across major asset classes for the ETF product selection process.
• Develop and automate research and monitoring tools to improve team efficiency.
• Monitor performance, trading activity, and spreads of Scalable ETFs using Bloomberg.
• Prepare briefings and supporting materials for daily on-exchange order execution.

Requirements

• Excellent academic background in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; transcripts are required.
• Strong interest in financial markets, ETFs, and trading.
• At least two prior relevant internships, such as in asset management, investment banking, or consulting.
• Logical reasoning, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Minimum duration of three months starting in October 2026.

Nice to have

• Experience with a programming language such as Python.
