Internship Non-Financial Risk Management

What you will do

• Support day-to-day operational risk and incident management, including reporting, quality reviews, mitigation tracking, and incident reconciliation.
• Assist with control testing by identifying gaps and helping define corrective actions.
• Monitor and improve Operational Key Risk Indicators.
• Support the Risk and Control Self Assessment process.
• Create reports for senior management and managing directors.
• Contribute to ad-hoc risk management projects.

Requirements

• Currently studying toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or an equivalent field.
• Availability for an internship of at least 3 months.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, or Google Workspace.
• Strong risk-oriented analytical skills and the ability to present complex issues clearly.
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities.
• Concise verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
