Client Solutions Manager (IT Solutions)

Location: Austin, TX, USA

Salary: $40,000–$120,000 annual pay range, including base salary and bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer contact for focused IT solutions.
• Build relationhirify.globalps with customers, internal departments, vendors, and OEM sales teams.
• Drive adoption and growth of hardware, software, and associated services through scheduled meetings and proactive customer engagement.
• Research customer requirements and present competitive pricing quotes for new and existing IT solutions.
• Manage maintenance and support renewals, customer purchase orders, and ordering updates.
• Resolve product returns, invoicing questions, and other customer concerns while coordinating with relevant teams.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree and relevant customer service experience, or corporate customer service or comparable work experience.
• Proven customer solutions experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Basic understanding of business operations and strategy.
• Experience building and maintaining professional relationhirify.globalps with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in customer outreach and delivering tailored customer service solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and independently address customer-related decisions.
