Head of Marketing (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $220,000+ USD annual base salary, plus potential equity

What you will do

• Scale paid media to double net-new clients in six months and achieve fivefold growth in 18 months.
• Build a high-velocity creative engine covering messages, formats, visuals, and campaign iteration.
• Own the end-to-end acquisition funnel, including the marketing site, conversion flow, lifecycle marketing, and organic social.
• Build an insight loop that turns performance data into actions across marketing touchpoints.
• Design an AI-first marketing organization using the right mix of tools, contractors, agencies, and full-time employees.
• Report directly to the CEO and influence executive-level growth strategy.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in performance marketing and paid media.
• Strong consumer psychology skills and the ability to connect human behavior with creative, messaging, and funnel decisions.
• Ability to use AI tools for creative ideation, copy production, insight generation, and faster experimentation.
• Experience evaluating and building teams across agencies, contractors, and full-time employees.
• High ownership, direct decision-making, and a personal connection to the company’s mission.
