What you will do

• Produce short-form performance videos at high volume for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google campaigns.
• Turn UGC, founder footage, product demos, screen recordings, podcasts, webinars, and Creator Program submissions into retention-focused cuts.
• Create multiple hooks and formats for each concept, then ship winning variations to paid media.
• Build the editing template system, including caption and motion presets, hook libraries, project templates, and export settings.
• Repurpose long-form and Creator Program footage into multiple paid-media assets.
• Own sound, captions, file organization, and the editing pipeline while using performance data to guide new cuts.

Requirements

• Experience shipping short-form performance video against real advertising spend, with an understanding of hook rate, thumb-stop rate, or CPA.
• Ability to create 3–5 distinct hooks from one concept and identify which variation scaled.
• Strong experience editing software UI and screen recordings for mobile viewing with sound off.
• Experience building templates or preset systems that improve team editing speed.
• Independent editing workflow and hands-on use of AI tools such as Descript, ElevenLabs, Runway, Veo, or Topaz.
• After Effects depth beyond captions and basic template maintenance, plus occasional camera operation and experience editing for a software or AI product.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Creator Program footage across multiple platforms.
• Experience briefing freelance motion, 3D, or animation specialists.
