AI Enablement Analyst (Sales)

Location: Portsmouth, NH; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without restriction.

What you will do

• Identify and implement AI use cases that improve Revenue Operations processes, reporting, and efficiency.
• Lead AI agent deployment for sales functions from use-case definition and intake through testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Prepare and structure reusable datasets and semantic models for AI applications.
• Ensure data quality, governance, consistency, and trusted AI-driven insights.
• Support AI-enabled analytics and self-service insights for business users.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional business and technical teams to translate needs into scalable data and AI solutions.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills, with experience using structured datasets and building scalable data solutions.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Snowflake.
• Experience with generative AI, natural-language query tools, or AI-assisted analytics.
• Understanding of enterprise AI implementation, use-case development, deployment, adoption, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience enabling self-service analytics or semantic modeling strategies.
• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and data governance frameworks.
• Experience piloting or scaling AI use cases in business operations.
• Business analyst experience in SaaS or payments.
