Senior Product Manager (Pay-Supernova, Fintech)

hirify.global's fintech business develops payment and financial services for consumers, marketplace sellers, and restaurants using hirify.global services in Korea and Taiwan.

What you will do

• Define the vision and strategy for a new fintech product within the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Lead product development and launch from 0 to 1, including large-scale initiatives affecting millions of customers.
• Design and implement features addressing customer financial needs across payments, asset management, and financial accessibility.
• Improve the product through experimentation, customer feedback, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, risk, operations, and other functions to execute the roadmap.
• Develop global expansion and localization strategies while building and leading a Product Manager team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven experience developing and launching products from 0 to 1.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale projects.
• Strong customer-centric, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or quantitative field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are preferred.

Nice to have

• Understanding of marketplace or consumer platform business models.
• Experience in fintech or financial services.
