LinkedIn Ads Manager (B2B SaaS)

What you will do

• Create and manage LinkedIn campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators including CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Design and Sales teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging.
• Allocate and optimize ad budgets to maximize efficiency and lead quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing significant ad budgets with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS advertising with an ROI-first approach.
• Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of sales cycles and lead qualification.
• English fluency is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a hybrid environment.
